Beth Spicer has 20+ years experience in medical and scientific research, working in private and government-funded research studies at institutions such as Duke University and Family Health International. She has published numerous health-related articles, a food counts guide, and is working on more. She holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees from UNC-Chapel Hill and The College of William & Mary. Beth currently resides in the Research Triangle region of North Carolina.
